We Ship Worldwide

For international shipments outside of Japan, we use DHL express as our primary shipping carrier. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process, and the carrier will update the tracking information within 1 business day after receiving the package. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we strive to work with our craftsmen to get the item back in stock as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that in some cases, it may take up to 2-4 month for the item to be shipped.

Shipping Costs

For international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated based on the items you are purchasing, their weight, and the destination address.

Please note that additional shipping fees apply if the total weight of your purchased items exceeds 2.0kg.

*The shipping cost in US dollars applied to your order may not be equal to the price in Japanese yen shown on the international shipping label on the package. Any cost difference resulting from the currency conversion or any other discrepancy was refunded; however, the refund option is no longer available. We do not offer the refunds for the purpose of covering administrative fees, transaction fees on PayPal, and foreign-exchange fee involved in international shipping.
